Terms and Conditions

1. Permission for finding loads

The Carrier gives permission to the Dispatcher to look for his loads from the different load boards by using the Carrier’s MC. And provide the Carrier with the best possible load option available.

2. Permission to sign rate confirmations

The Carrier allows the Dispatcher to sign the Rate Confirmation on the behalf of the carrier.

3. Permission to do the setup packets

The Dispatcher agrees to help the Carrier filling out the setup packets and Broker-Carrier agreements provided by the broker to get signup.

4. Detentions, layover and any compensations

The carrier knows and acknowledges that all the detentions, layovers and any other compensation comes directly from the brokers. In this case the Dispatcher will always try his best to get it from the broker. But the dispatcher will never be liable for any kind of non payment.

5. The role of a dispatcher

The role of the Dispatcher is just to provide assistance in load finding, booking loads for his client Carriers, dealing with the brokers to make sure the shipment is safe and secure and is going to be delivered as scheduled. And work according to his client’s instructions.

6. Information

The carrier agrees and acknowledges that the dispatcher will use his Carrier MC number and info for every load he books for that specific Carrier. The Dispatcher will work as a representative of that Carrier throughout the period of service.

7. Payments

The Carrier will receive the whole amount for the loads he is doing for the brokers and the Carrier will pay the Dispatch fee by the end of the week. (The dispatch fee applies only on those loads booked by the Dispatcher).
